◆ Introduction:
MG-1A is a composite material of PTFE compound tape on aluminum shell, the PTFE tape is up to 0.20mm thickness enabling the bearing can be sized after fixed, meanwhile the thick PTFE layer isolates noise. The bearing is widely applied in OA machinery, shock absorber for light design bicycle.

MG-800 Bimetallic self-lubricating bearing uses high quality low-carbon steel plate as backing, sintered porous bronze as its liner; suitable for rotatory oscillating, reciprocating movements in the conditions of high load, low speed, low friction, wear resistance; with a long working life span on preventing the mating parts from holding-on. The bronze layer surface can be machined with various grooves, oil pockets in terms of different working conditions. MG-2Y can work for a long time without oil in the condition of prelubricated with lubrication indents design. It is widely applied in metallurgy machinery, mining machinery, water conservancy machinery, automobile, building machinery, agriculture machinery, rolling steel industry etc.
MG-090 bronze self-lubricating bearings use a kind of high density bronze alloy of special compositions as backing, the surface of alloy is rolled with diamond pattern of the oil indents or half ball oil indents, this kind of bearing has a higher density, a higher load capacity and a better anti-wear resistant performance. Machined high precision bearings can be checked by pneumatic measuring tooling, three point micrometer, CMM measuring machines and so on.
◆ Structure
MG-EPB series material is a thermal mould character plastic processed by crystal engineering plastic as basic material with proper intensifier and lubricant. The rigidity and high temperature engineer capability is greatly improved because of the use of intensifier, at the same time, the coefficient of thermal expansion, moulding shrinking rate and wriggle capability decreases, consequently, the size stability is improved, and EPB series material range is enlarged and keeps the intrinsic anti-wear capability and anti-drug capability.
